Bookings and Deposits: 50% of the total tariff within 3 days of booking.
Balance payable 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations: Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the Total Cost. Bookings cancelled 60 to 90 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the Total Cost.
For those bookings cancelled less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the Total Cost will be incurred (that is, there will be no refund).All cancellations have to be in writing.
