To lodge your Booking or Enquiry please use our Booking Form and we shall respond  promptly with the confirmation or information you have requested.

Payment Terms
Enquiries can be lodged on our website's enquiry Form or by booking online. Reservations can only be confirmed upon our acknowledgement of availability and the receipt of a 50% non refundable deposit.
Full payment is due approximately 60 days before the arrival date and reservations made within 60 days of arrival date are to be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Booking conditions
We will endeavour to ensure that your property is available by 4.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. Please note that in winter Silvertop Lodge and Warreen have check in at 3.00pm and check out by 9am.

• Damage, missing property, excess cleaning and excess garbage removal will be charged at cost.
• Please - No smoking anywhere in our properties. Smoke odour removal will be charged at cost.
